SyncoPol SR780 is sucrose-DEG base polyether polyol with hydroxyl value in range 300 – 320 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~800 g/mol. The product has low viscosity in range 1,500- 2,000 cPs at 25°C and functionality 4.3.
SR780 is multifunctional polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam for Applinace insulation, insulated panel, pour in place insulation, block and spray foam.
Low viscosity of SR780 imparts good surface, less friability and dimensional stability which is adaptive for most rigid foam system.
SR780 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve flowability and provide a better adhesion property of PUR system..
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
