EKOPRODUR 3640Z is a two-component system for production of polyurethane foams designed for thermal insulation of boilers, water heaters and tanks on a periodic line. The system can be produced both by means of low- and high-pressure foaming machines. The density of the foam in the finished product should be not less than 48 kg/m³.
EKOPRODUR 3640Z does not contain foaming agents that deplete the ozone layer, in accordance with the EU provisions on the marketing and use of controlled substances – Regulation (EC) no. 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009.

Thanks to the above mentioned performance properties, the use of EKOPRODUR 3640Z system makes it possible to increase production efficiency and obtain a product characterized by good processing and excellent performance properties. The obtained products are characterized by good quality, the key property is the increased mechanical resistance of finished products (boilers, heaters, tanks) in applications where flexible coating are used. This ensures that the insulation obtained is impact-resistant and does not deform under the weight during installation.
