EKOPRODUR PM3032F is a two-component polyurethane system for producing rigid foam with self-extinguishing properties. EKOPRODUR PM3032F does not contain foaming agents that deplete the ozone layer, in accordance with the EU provisions on the marketing and use of controlled substances - Regulation (EC) no. 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009.
EKOPRODUR PM3032F can be used to produce large-size insulation boards and panels. Additionally, it is used for mold filling and infilling. It can be processed both by means of low- and high-pressure foaming machines. The density of the foam in the finished product should not be less than 40 kg/m3 (calculated as the ratio of the weight of the system in kilograms to the total volume of the mold in cubic meters). The method of mixing and pouring the system into the mold should ensure an even filling to ensure that the density of the cut core pieces in the finished product is not less than 35 kg/m3. Demolding time depends on the size of the fitting and temperature of the mold. The foam achieves its proper mechanical properties after 24 hours of seasoning.
Formulated mixture of polyols and isocyanates, Two component polyurethane system, polyurethane, PU, PUR, rigid closed cell foam, rigid insulation foam, spray thermal insulation, high density rigid foam, high strength rigid polyurethane foam, rigid polyurethane foam with excellent adhesion, polyurethane foam with flammability class E, PU foam with improved fire resistance, stable performance insulation material, spray polyurethane thermal insulation, polyurethane thermal insulation, seamless polyurethane insulation, polyurethane flood insulation, polyurethane system for mould casting, polyurethane system for fillings, rigid foam with self-extinguishing properties, polyurethane system for large insulating panels, rigid foam for sandwich panels, PU foams for thermal insulation covers, polyurethane flood foam
