Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 is a two-component polyurethane system designed for production of non-flammable high-resilience (HR) foams. They are mainly used in the furniture industry for the production of seats, sofas, armchairs, etc.

The Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 system consists of two components: the POLY component — Ekoproflex A15-46 CR5 POLY — a polyol mixture in the form of a white viscous liquid and the ISO component, which is a prepolymer mixture based on aromatic polyisocyanates in the form of a dark brown liquid that does not contain any suspensions. The system can be produced both by means of low- and high-pressure foaming machines. The product achieves its proper mechanical properties after 24 hours of seasoning. The Ekoproflex A15-46 system does not contain foaming agents which contribute significantly to the depletion of the ozone layer. This is compliant with EU provisions on the marketing and use of controlled substances, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 dated 16 September 2009. The product has the Hygienic Certificate No. HK/B/0511/01/2014 issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product used according to the manufacturer’s instructions has no negative impact on health and the environment. Properties of the foam in the product:

Resilience (PN-EN 8307): min. 50%;

hardness (PN- ISO 2439): 3–5 kPa;
